The property/business name or address can be typed in to the search bar. Click the magnifying glass and the customer’s view is zoomed from space, down to the property.
Not only can your property be viewed in relation to the geography around it but the nearest marked roads can also be viewed to assist in its location. The view can be tilted down to ground level and then rotated around the property, to view it from all angles. This is particularly suitable for properties overseas which are more difficult for your potential customers to visit. They can not only see what the property looks like, but, for example, what the nearest beach looks like and how accessible it is to the property. Potential customers can see how close the property is to the nearest town, whether there are major roads nearby and the proximity to the nearest airport etc.
The property itself can be used as a link to your website or an alternative page containing information, pictures or film and can be found using the Google Earth™ browser search engine.
