		Terms of Business By engaging the services of 3d-properties you agree to the following. That you are the owner of all plans and photographs provided and that you agree to their use in the construction of 3D models and films. That any and all work remains copyright and the property of 3D-Properties until full payment has been received. That an updated “Terms of Business” may be provided to you at any point prior to agreement and that these terms will be binding. That credit will be given for a maximum of 30 days after delivery.



		Privacy 3D-Properties has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to 3D-Properties is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. 3D-Properties will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer. The status of any property or business under negotiation or featured by 3D-Properties will be kept strictly confidential between 3D-Properties and the customer.



		Disclaimers The images and films produced are initially based upon the information provided by yourselves and then extrapolated by 3D-Properties. If information is missing from any submission then the model structure will be assumed or omitted. It is your responsibility to check the model film is a fair representation of the property concerned. Do not make any assumptions or inferences regarding the structure, appearance or size of the property or grounds from these images. They are 3-Dimensional artistic representations created to help visualise the property. They can, by their very nature, never be accurate and should be used as a broad aid only. No liability can be held for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations contained. No liability will be held for any problems associated with any internet service, software or hardware provision or performance by any party in producing or receiving these services. 3D-Properties will, of course endeavour to protect you and ourselves from viruses etc. by our actions and anti-virus software.
